Shipping Policy
1. General Information
At The Labbo, we strive to provide an efficient and reliable shipping service. The following shipping policy applies to all orders placed through our online store.
2. Processing Time
- In-Stock Orders: All orders for products that are available in stock are processed and shipped on the same day or the day after the order is confirmed.
- Made-to-Order Products: Bespoke or made-to-order products have an estimated total delivery time of 15 to 20 business days from order confirmation to delivery. This includes making, preparation and shipping.
- Digital Products: Downloadable products, such as courses or downloadable patterns, are delivered immediately after payment is completed through our online store.
SHIPPING COSTS:
- Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: free shipping
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €15
- European Union countries: €15 (free shipping on orders of €300 or more)
- International: €38 (free shipping on orders of €600 or more)
- Monaco: €15 (free shipping on orders of €300 or more)
- Rest of Europe (non-EU): €25
3. Shipping Methods
We work with the following delivery services to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time:
- MRW
- DHL for shipments outside Spain.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination and weight of the order and will be displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed. Shipping is free for deliveries throughout the Iberian Peninsula.
All other countries will be charged the shipping rate assigned to the relevant country.
5. Delivery Times
The estimated total time from order confirmation to delivery is 15 to 20 business days. This includes making, preparation and shipping; processing and transit times are not added as separate periods.
- Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands): 15 to 20 business days.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 15 to 20 business days.
- European Union: 15 to 20 business days.
- Other international destinations: 15 to 20 business days.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so that you can monitor the status of your shipment.
7. International Deliveries
We ship to most countries within the European Union and to selected international destinations. Customers are responsible for any taxes or customs duties applicable in their country.
8. Delays and Delivery Issues
If there is any delay or problem with the delivery, we undertake to notify you as soon as possible. If the parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will manage the claim with the relevant delivery company.
